Our planet is slowly warming. Over the past 5,000 years, Earth’s global temperature has risen around 6 degrees Celsius. There’s nothing abnormal about this climate change; there’s nothing unusual.
But consider this: the rise in temperature over just the past century has been almost a full degree. The temperature rise which should have taken a millennium is now taking just a century. Humans are warming the earth, and we’re doing it fast.
So what are the implications of climate change on the planet Earth? What can we do to reverse this damage, and is it too late?
